Q: How far is the resort from the airport?
A: The resort is just 40 - 45 minutes away from the Orlando International Airport. 

Q: Is the resort close to the major attractions?
A: Yes! The resort is within 15 minutes to Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and 5 minutes to Walt Disney World Resort.

Q: How can I obtain tickets to the attraction, like Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld?
A: Our Guest Services Desk is happy to assist guests with arranging attraction tickets or book your Universal Orlando tickets online in advance of your arrival.

Q: Are there shuttles to the airport and area attractions?
A1: Complimentary scheduled shuttles to: Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld.
A2: Regular Shuttle service to: Orlando International Airport and all attractions for a nominal fee. Shuttles can be arranged by contacting Guest Services.

Q: What are check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is at 4:00 PM., check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available; a fee may apply.

Q: Where can I keep my travelers cheques and other valuables?
A: In-rooms safes are available at no charge.

Q: Do you have non-smoking or ADA-compliant rooms available?
A: Yes, including rooms with roll-in showers.

Q: Do you have rooms with refrigerators. kitchens or microwaves? 
A: Yes, in fact we provide full kitchens in all rooms including all utensils, coffee maker, iron, ironing-board, hairdryer, etc.

Q: What are parking arrangements?
A: We offer free parking with plenty of room for buses and RVs as well.

Q: Does the hotel have laundry facilities and offer dry cleaning services?
A: Yes, each room offers laundry facilities. For valet and dry cleaning or laundry service, please contact the Guest Services.
